Our Fempad is there for you during your period and helps to relieve your pain. Depending on how you feel, it provides warmth or refreshing cooling.
It was developed with our heat pants SOFI, which have a pocket for your Fempad on the lower belly and lower back. This way you are provided with warmth and can still move freely.
For a pleasant feeling of warmth, place it in hot water (max. 80°C) for 4-5 minutes or in the microwave at 300 watts for 30 seconds. To cool it down a bit, simply store it in the fridge for a while. The Fempad warms or cools you for up to 1 hour and can be used again and again.
