Our SOFI is super soft and ULTRA absorbent. The flexible waistband and high leg cut give you freedom of movement even with swelling of your legs or belly. Our Fempad supports you with warmth or cold at the lower back and belly, where it fits perfectly in SOFI's pockets. They keep you warm even on the go.

Our Fempad is there for you during your period and helps to relieve your pain. Depending on your well-being, it gives you warmth or cooling.
For a pleasant feeling of warmth, place it in hot water (max. 80°C) for 4-5 minutes or in the microwave at 300 Watt for 30 seconds. For some cooling, just store it in the refrigerator for a while. The Fempad warms or cools you up to 1 hour and can be used again and again.

Rinse your femtis Period Panty by hand with cold water after wearing. Make sure that the blood is completely washed out, you can see this when the water is completely clear. This is especially important because it prevents permanent stains.
Afterwards you can either machine wash them directly, or after a short intermediate air drying period, at up to 60 degrees. For the longevity of the fabrics, we recommend washing the panty at 40 degrees. To protect the panty, you ideally use a laundry net. Then let them air dry and your panty is ready for use again. Please do not use fabric softener, do not put the panty in the tumble dryer and do not iron them, as this could damage the absorbency of your period panties. If necessary, you can use a hygiene rinser.
