Would you like to return your panties? No problem.

You can return unused panties within 30 days. It is possible to try them on over other underwear. Simply register your return in your customer account and send the panties back to femtis. The postage for the return shipment is covered by the customer.

1. Try your panties

At femtis, you can try on the panties over your underwear to find the right fit and size for you.


2. Check return conditions

Please make sure that the panties you return to us are unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Panties that have been worn or are soiled cannot be exchanged or refunded.


3. Registration of the return in the customer account

Log in to your customer account with a one-time password, which we will send you by e-mail. Select your desired order, click on “Request return” and send us your return request.


4. Return shipment

After registering your return, you will receive all information about the return by e-mail.


5. Refund

At femtis you get your money back quickly! We refund returns within 3 working days of receiving the shipment.
