1. Try on panties or a bra

At femtis, you may try on the panties over your underwear to find the right fit and size for you.

You can wear and test the bras for 60 days.

2. Check the return conditions

Please make sure that the panties you send back to us are unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot exchange or refund panties that have been worn or soiled.

Our bras may have been worn and must be returned to femtis within 60 days.

3. Register your return in the returns portal

Enter your order details in the returns portal . Select the items you wish to return and submit your return request. You will receive a pre-filled shipping label.

4. Return shipping

Send your items using the return label. You do not need a printer and can easily drop off your package at your nearest post office. You will receive further information by email.

Return shipping is free of charge for you.

5. Processing & refund

At femtis, you will get your money back quickly. We process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
