LENA is Your strong companion and comes with a washable insert that You can also attach to the integrated pockets inside LENA. This gives You extra protection and together the set can hold up to 150ml. This makes it extra strong and the ability to change the insert gives You extra flexibility. LENA gives You a safe and dry feeling.

In combination with its 5-layer-pad, LENA absorbs up to 150 ml of fluid and is suitable for medium bladder weakness. Without the pad, it holds 100 ml. The specially developed side leakage protection and its 6-layer system ensure that You stay safe and dry.

After wearing your femtis incontinence panties, simply wash them in the machine. They are processed with a special technology and should only be washed at 40 degrees. Ideally, you should use a laundry net to protect the briefs.

If you wear your incontinence briefs during your period or spotting, wash them out by hand with cold water beforehand. Make sure that the blood is completely washed out. This is particularly important as it prevents permanent stains.

Once you've finished, let them air dry - and your panties are ready for use again.

Please do not use fabric softener, do not put them in the dryer and do not iron the panties, as this can impair the absorbency of incontinence panties. If necessary, you can use a hygiene rinse aid.
