  1. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and is not tied to any purchase obligation.

  2. The organizer of this giveaway is Femtis Power GmbH, Glücksteinallee 43, 68163 Mannheim. Any claims arising from the giveaway must be asserted exclusively against the organizer. The giveaway is conducted exclusively in Germany.

  3. All adults residing in Germany are eligible to participate. During the promotional period from 04.09.2026 to 20.09.2026, 11:59 p.m., registering for the femtis WhatsApp newsletter via the registration link provided in the email automatically constitutes participation in the giveaway. No further confirmation of participation is required.

  4. A maximum of one entry per person will be considered; multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning. Unsubscribing from the WhatsApp newsletter is possible free of charge at any time and does not affect participation that has already taken place. Participation through multiple accounts, fake accounts, or automated tools is excluded.

  5. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the giveaway. Employees of the SNOCKS Group, as well as their relatives and friends, are excluded from participating in the giveaway.

  6. The prizes are 5 x €50 gift vouchers for femtis.de. Cash payment, exchange of the prize, or transfer to third parties is not possible.

  7. The winners will be selected on 21.09.2026. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and personally notified via WhatsApp on 21.09.2026. The voucher will then be sent to the winners in a separate email.

  8. This giveaway is not affiliated with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them. Any claims in connection with the giveaway must be asserted exclusively against the organizer.

  9. To conduct the giveaway and process the prize, we process your mobile phone number and email address (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We also use your mobile phone number for the WhatsApp newsletter on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). We store your data for as long as your consent remains in effect or statutory retention obligations apply. You can unsubscribe at any time and request the deletion of your data. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

  10. Femtis Power GmbH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.

  11. Femtis Power GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway for good cause. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure or if the giveaway cannot be conducted or continued for other (organizational, technical, or legal) reasons. In such a case, participants have no claims. Femtis Power GmbH assumes no liability for technical problems and/or disruptions.

  12. Femtis Power GmbH is not liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the giveaway or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the giveaway provider or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for compensation arising from injury to life, limb, or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

  13. If one or more of the above clauses are or become wholly or partially null and void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain effective. They shall be replaced by an appropriate, valid clause. The same applies if there is a regulatory gap.
