1. Try on panties or bras

At femtis, you can try the panties over your underwear to find the right fit and size for you.

You can wear and test the bras for 60 days.

2. Check return conditions

Please make sure that the panties you send back to us are unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Panties that have been worn or are soiled cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Our bras may be worn and must be returned to femtis within 60 days.

3. Register the return in the returns portal

Enter your order details in the returns portal. Select your desired items and submit your return request. You will receive a pre-made label for shipping.

4. Return shipment

Send your items using the return label. You don’t need a printer and can easily drop off your package at your nearest post office. You will receive more information by email.

• A return from Switzerland costs 6 CHF
• A return from France costs €4.90

5. Processing & refund

At femtis, you get your money back quickly. We refund returns within 7 business days after receiving the shipment.
